HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging, with "Liberty Media" as the sender. Customers have various shipping options to choose from at checkout, including UPS Ground, UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day, and USPS Priority Mail.
WHAT CREDIT CARDS TO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept Visa or Mastercard gift cards.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD?
Currently, we only accept orders placed with credit cards. However, expanded billing options are always being considered for the future.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
If a purchase is being shipped anywhere within the state of California, a 7.25% sales tax will be added at the time the order is placed.
DO YOU CURRENTLY SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes, we do. At checkout, the shipping page gives instructions.
DO YOU SHIP TO POST OFFICE (P.O.) BOXES?
Yes, we do, with the USPS Priority Mail shipping option. UPS shipping options can not be used for PO Box deliveries. If a customer selects a UPS option for delivery to a PO Box, we will automatically change the shipping preference to USPS Priority Mail during processing. There will be no refund of the shipping cost difference.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders received by 3PM PST US, Monday thru Friday, will be shipped out same business day. Orders placed after 3PM PST US Monday thru Friday, or on a weekend or holiday, will be shipped out the following business day. Actual shipping time will depend on the option you choose at checkout. USPS Priority Mail takes approximately 2-3 business days. UPS can take 1-7 days, depending on your distance from San Diego, California. You will have the ability to track your order with a tracking number delivered to the e-mail address you provide at checkout, along with your order summary and confirmation. Signatures are required for delivery.
IS MY PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION SECURE?
Your order is fully secure, with all personal and billing information encrypted through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate. Further, we will not use your personal information for any thing other than delivering your order. You will not be added to any mailing lists or receive products in the mail apart from your actual order(s).
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
As long as the order has not yet shipped, you can modify it. Please call 1-888-CORBIN2 (1-888-267-2462). If an order has already been shipped, it can not be modified. There are also no refunds or cancellations, though items damaged in delivery may be exchanged for the identical product. All exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us for exchange information, or for help with damaged, unreceived, or erroneous orders.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AS A GIFT OR HAVE IT SHIPPED TO A THIRD PARTY?
All orders must be shipped to an address that matches the billing address. We can not ship to third parties or addresses that do not match your credit card's address.
